Thank you for shopping with Aimee's Hair Balm! Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 states and U.S. territories.
- Standard Shipping: $8.99 flat rate — delivery estimates are provided at checkout.
International Shipping
We currently ship to the following countries: United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, and Singapore, as well as many other countries worldwide.
International orders are shipped via carrier-calculated rates through the following carriers:
- DHL Express
- FedEx
Shipping rates and estimated delivery times for international orders are calculated based on your location and order weight, and will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery estimates vary by destination and are provided at checkout. Aimee's Hair Balm is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier disruptions, or events outside our control.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
